My week 4 review is definitely different. It’s been a tough week. I mentioned getting sick in last week’s review. I’ve stayed sick with a deep dry cough all week and it’s made it very difficult to sleep as well.
Where was my focus at this week:
My focus has been on work this week. Since I wasn’t sleeping well I didn’t have the energy to do much else. Pretty much everything has been thrown aside.
Where were my stressors this week:
Lack of sleep and the pain from coughing has been keeping me at low energy. With low energy, I’ve struggled to get cooking or regular chores done. I’ve also been coughing more at night making it much harder to get to sleep at night.
What were my wins this week:
Even with the cold, I’ve managed to get half of my 10-minute workouts done about and miss only a few Cefaly sessions. My body must be gaining some progress as I’m not in the runny everything phase anymore.
I had groceries delivered though I spent more than I probably should have. I also got meat prepped up for future meals. It required more time and effort than I’d planned due to replacements…again, but I was able to get it done.
What are next week’s intentions?
I’m still focused on getting enough rest to recover. I have to focus on locking in the 10-minute workouts and Cefaly daily. I’m sure I’m forgetting some of my intentions but I think this is the best I’m going to manage with this cold.
